Refund Policy

30 days, no questions asked

If you buy FastKey and you're not happy with it — for any reason, or for no reason at all — you can have your money back within 30 days of purchase. The refund is for the full amount you paid, with no deductions and no conditions.

How to get a refund

• Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout (or include your order reference), or
• Reply to your purchase receipt email.

That's it. No forms, no exit interview. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Your license key is deactivated once the refund is issued.
